    The Green Bay Packers are set to host the team’s second annual “Green Bay Packers Coaching School” at Lambeau Field on Sunday, May 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    The complimentary coaching school has a curriculum exclusively designed for youth football coaches, and can accommodate a maximum of 300 coaches. The event will feature innovative classroom sessions in the Lambeau Field Atrium, as well as on-field football instruction from top local high school and youth football coaches in the Don Hutson Center.

Packers announce roster moves

Team releases 18 players; Sherrod to reserve/PUP, So'oto to IR


The Green Bay Packers released 18 players and placed T Derek Sherrod on reserve/physically unable to perform and LB Vic So’oto (ankle) on injured reserve. The transactions were announced Friday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

The Packers released T Shea Allard, WR Diondre Borel, TE Brandon Bostick, QB B.J. Coleman, FB Nic Cooper, T Andrew Datko, C/G Tommie Draheim, C/G Sampson Genus, WR Curenski Gilleylen, WR Tori Gurley, DE Lawrence Guy, S Anthony Levine, CB Otis Merrill, WR Dale Moss, DT Daniel Muir, RB Marc Tyler, G Greg Van Roten and G/T Reggie Wells.
